We accept payments by money order and credit card domestically, and only by credit card abroad. For payments by credit card, you can pay with Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Troy enabled cards in a single payment or with installment options that vary depending on the bank.

-Can I change or cancel my order?
In accordance with consumer rights, you can exercise your right to withdraw from your order before it is delivered to the cargo. To do this, you must inform us that your order has been shipped to the email address [email protected] or via our WhatsApp line at +90 555 336 47 86 to customer service about the order or product you want to cancel. If your order has been shipped, you can exercise your right to return it within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the consumer protection law.

Your order will be shipped within 3 (three) business days.

-How much do you charge for delivery?
Once you place your order, a detailed invoice for your order, including delivery charges, will be sent to your email address. Our agreed shipping fee for domestic orders is 130 TL.
